Select the firmware then download
Then follow instructions in vid, its the exact same with windows
DFU Mode Instructions:
Plug iPod into comp
Hold down the power and home button for 10 secs
Let go of the power button keep holding the home button for another 7 secs
iPod will pop up in iTunes
Restore
